Director dealings: Senior execs at Boohoo, Transense buy shares

(Sharecast News) - Two of the director dealings involving London-listed companies disclosed to the market on Wednesday involved senior insiders at fast fashion retailer Boohoo Group and sensor specialist Transense Technologies.

Carol Kane, co-founder and executive director of Boohoo Group, acquired 320,943 ordinary shares in the company at a price of 31.08p each.

Following the transaction, Kane's total beneficial interest rose to 20,615,293 shares, representing about 1.47% of the company's issued share capital.

Meanwhile, Ryan Maughan, managing director of Transense Technologies, purchased 3,025 ordinary shares at a price of 165p apiece.

The acquisition increased Maughan's total shareholding in the specialist sensing solutions provider to 72,981 shares, equating to approximately 0.48% of its voting rights.

At the close on Wednesday, shares in Boohoo Group were up 0.26% at 31.04p, while those in Transense Technologies were 1.85% higher at 165.5p.
