Director dealings: Pinewood Technologies director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Pinewood Technologies revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Nicola Flanders had acquired 5,714 ordinary shares in the London-listed software firm. Flanders, who joined the company in April 2020, purchased the shares at an average price of 346.50p each, for a total value of £19,799.01.

As of 1620 BST, Pinewood shares were up 2.24% at 343.0p.
