Director dealings: CRH, Invinity insiders invest in shares

(Sharecast News) - Two significant director dealings disclosed to the London market on Monday involved insiders in CRH and Invinity Energy Systems. CRH disclosed that director Richard Fearon acquired 10,000 shares at a price of $94.22 each in a transaction conducted on 24 December on the New York Stock Exchange.

Invinity Energy Systems, a provider of utility-grade energy storage solutions, meanwhile reported that three of its top executives purchased a combined total of 404,013 ordinary shares at 14.85p apiece on 27 December.

Non-executive chairman Neil O'Brien acquired 135,000 shares, raising his total stake to 300,625 shares, representing 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.

Chief executive officer Jonathan Marren purchased 134,680 shares, increasing his holding to 414,680 shares or 0.09% of the share capital.

Finally, chief financial officer Adam Howard bought 134,333 shares, bringing his total to 134,333 shares, equivalent to 0.03% of the issued capital.

All three transactions were carried out on the London Stock Exchange.

At the close on Monday, shares in CRH were down 1.2% in London at 7,394p, while those in Invinity Energy Systems were up 10.34% at 16p.
